  • Amazing Grace

    VERSE 1
    Amazing grace! How sweet the sound
    That saved a wretch like me!
    I once was lost, but now am found;
    Was blind, but now I see.

    VERSE 2
    ’Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
    And grace my fears relieved;
    How precious did that grace appear
    The hour I first believed.

    VERSE 3
    Through many dangers, toils and snares,
    I have already come;
    ’Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far,
    And grace will lead me home.

    VERSE 4
    The Lord has promised good to me,
    His Word my hope secures;
    He will my Shield and Portion be,
    As long as life endures.

    VERSE 5
    When we’ve been there ten thousand years,
    Bright shining as the sun,
    We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise
    Than when we’d first begun.

  • Mighty Fortress is Our God, A

    VERSE 1
    A mighty fortress is our God,
    a bulwark never failing;
    our helper he, amid the flood
    of mortal ills prevailing.
    For still our ancient foe
    does seek to work us woe;
    his craft and power are great,
    and armed with cruel hate,
    on earth is not his equal.

    VERSE 2
    Did we in our own strength confide,
    our striving would be losing,
    were not the right Man on our side,
    the Man of God’s own choosing.
    You ask who that may be?
    Christ Jesus, it is he;
    Lord Sabaoth his name,
    from age to age the same;
    and he must win the battle.

    VERSE 3
    And though this world, with devils filled,
    should threaten to undo us,
    we will not fear, for God has willed
    his truth to triumph through us.
    The prince of darkness grim,
    we tremble not for him;
    his rage we can endure,
    for lo! his doom is sure;
    one little word shall fell him.

    VERSE 4
    That Word above all earthly powers
    no thanks to them abideth;
    the Spirit and the gifts are ours
    through him who with us sideth.
    Let goods and kindred go,
    this mortal life also;
    the body they may kill:
    God’s truth abideth still;
    his kingdom is forever!

  • Be Thou My Vision

    VERSE 1
    Be thou my vision, oh Lord of my heart
    Naught be all else to me, save that thou art
    Thou my best thought, by day or by night
    Waking or sleeping, thy presence my light

    VERSE 2
    Be thou my wisdom and thou my true word
    I ever with thee and thou with me, Lord
    Thou my great Father, and I thy true son
    Thou in me dwelling, and I with thee one

    VERSE 3
    Riches I heed not, nor man’s empty praise
    Thou mine inheritance, now and always
    Thou and thou only, first in my heart
    High King of heaven, my treasure thou art

    VERSE 4
    High King of heaven, my victory won
    May I reach heaven’s joys, O bright heaven’s sun
    Heart of my own heart, whatever befall
    Still be my vision, O ruler of all

  • O Christ What Burdens Bowed Thy Head

    VERSE 1
    O Christ, what burdens bowed Thy head! Our load was laid on Thee;
    Thou stoodes’t in the sinner’s stead, Didst bear all ill for me.
    A Victim led, Thy blood was shed; Now there’s no load for me.

    VERSE 2
    Death and the curse were in our cup: O Christ, ’twas full for Thee;
    But Thou hast drained the last dark drop, ’Tis empty now for me.
    That bitter cup, love drank it up; Now blessing’s draught for me.

    VERSE 3
    Jehovah lifted up His rod; O Christ, it fell on Thee!
    Thou wast sore stricken of Thy God; There’s not one stroke for me.
    Thy tears, Thy blood, beneath it flowed; Thy bruising healeth me.

    VERSE 4
    The tempest’s awful voice was heard, O Christ, it broke on Thee!
    Thy open bosom was my ward, It braved the storm for me.
    Thy form was scarred, Thy visage marred; Now cloudless peace for me.

    VERSE 5
    Jehovah bade His sword awake; O Christ, it woke ’gainst Thee!
    Thy blood the flaming blade must slake; Thine heart its sheath must be;
    All for my sake, my peace to make; Now sleeps that sword for me.

    VERSE 6
    For me, Lord Jesus, Thou hast died, And I have died in Thee!
    Thou’rt ris’n—my hands are all untied, And now Thou liv’st in me.
    When purified, made white and tried, Thy glory then for me!

  • Behold The Lamb

    VERSE 1
    Behold the Lamb who bears our sins away,
    Slain for us – and we remember
    The promise made that all who come in faith
    Find forgiveness at the cross. So we share in this bread of life,
    And we drink of His sacrifice As a sign of our bonds of peace
    Around the table of the King.

    VERSE 2
    The body of our Saviour Jesus Christ,
    Torn for you – eat and remember
    The wounds that heal, the death that brings us life
    Paid the price to make us one.
    So we share in this bread of life, And we drink of His sacrifice
    As a sign of our bonds of love Around the table of the King.

    VERSE 3
    The blood that cleanses every stain of sin,
    Shed for you – drink and remember
    He drained death’s cup that all may enter in
    To receive the life of God.
    So we share in this bread of life,
    And we drink of His sacrifice As a sign of our bonds of grace
    Around the table of the King.

    VERSE 4
    And so with thankfulness and faith we rise To respond, – and to remember
    Our call to follow in the steps of Christ As His body here on earth.
    As we share in His suffering
    We proclaim Christ will come again!
    And we’ll join in the feast of heaven Around the table of the King ”

  • Nothing But the Blood of Jesus

    VERSE 1
    What can wash away my sin?
    Nothing but the blood of Jesus
    What can make me whole again?
    Nothing but the blood of Jesus

    CHORUS
    Oh, precious is the flow
    That makes me white as snow!
    No other fount I know
    Nothing but the blood of Jesus!

    VERSE 2
    For my pardon, this I see
    Nothing but the blood of Jesus
    For my cleansing, this I plead
    Nothing but the blood of Jesus

    VERSE 3
    This is all my hope and peace
    Nothing but the blood of Jesus!
    This is all my righteousness
    Nothing but the blood of Jesus!

  • 5:21

    VERSE 1
    Our guilt was placed securely on His shoulders
    Our lives are sown in sin, O the price is high!
    His body bloodied and his Name reviled
    It was for us, though God, He bled and died!

    CHORUS
    All my sin and shame
    Went to the Lamb that was slain;
    And all His righteousness has come to me!
    His grace so great and free
    Given to all who will believe;
    Come all who thirst and drink, drink freely!

    VERSE 2
    The wrath of God is coming for the wicked
    Where can we hide from His Holy sight?
    We run unto the Lamb that’s slain for safety
    He drank the cup to make us reconciled!

    BRIDGE
    We’re so wicked
    That He had to die
    Yet, so loved that
    He was willing to give up his life

  • All Hail the Power of Jesus’ Name

    VERSE 1
    All hail the power of Jesus’ name!
    Let angels prostrate fall.
    Bring forth the royal diadem,
    and crown him Lord of all.
    Bring forth the royal diadem,
    and crown him Lord of all!

    VERSE 2
    O seed of Israel’s chosen race

    now ransomed from the fall,

    hail him who saves you by his grace,
 and crown him Lord of all.

    Hail him who saves you by his grace,
 and crown him Lord of all!

    VERSE 3
    Let every tongue and every tribe responsive to his call,
    to him all majesty ascribe,
    and crown him Lord of all.
    To him all majesty ascribe,
    and crown him Lord of all!

    VERSE 4
    Oh, that with all the sacred throng we at his feet may fall!
    We’ll join the everlasting song and crown him Lord of all.
    We’ll join the everlasting song and crown him Lord of all.

  • The Solid Rock

    VERSE 1
    My hope is built on nothing less
    than Jesus’ blood and righteousness;
    I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
    but wholly lean on Jesus’ name.

    VERSE 2
    When darkness seems to hide face,
    I rest on his unchanging grace;
    in every high and stormy gale,
    my anchor holds within the veil.

    CHORUS
    On Christ, the solid rock, I stand;
    all other ground is sinking sand,
    all other ground is sinking sand.

    VERSE 3
    His oath, his covenant, his blood
    support me in the whelming flood;
    when all around my soul gives way,
    he then is all my hope and stay.

    VERSE 4
    When he shall come with trumpet sound,
    O may I then in him be found,
    dressed in his righteousness alone,
    faultless to stand before the throne.

  • All Praise to Christ

    VERSE 1
    To him who loved us long ago, before we came to be,
    who left his throne for earth below to save a wretch like me;
    All praise to Christ from grateful men forevermore. Amen.

    VERSE 2
    My works stacked up are filthy rags compared to Your holy name,
    I have no claim for righteousness but Christ has made the way;
    All praise to Christ from grateful men forevermore. Amen.

    VERSE 3
    To Him who freed us from our sin by dying on the cross,
    To make us whole without, within, redeemed from dreadful loss;
    All praise to Christ from grateful men, forevermore. Amen.

    VERSE 4
    To Him who death but yields and bows before His living face,
    the sinless, risen, Sovereign, Lord, makes men alive by grace;
    All praise to Christ from grateful men forevermore. Amen.

    CHORUS
    All praise to Christ from grateful me, forevermore and more amen! (repeat)

    VERSE 5
    With angels, saints and seraphim the new creation sings,
    “All glory, power and praise to him who made us priests and kings”
    All praise to Christ from grateful men forevermore. Amen.
